Prevailing Glory Orphanage Home is a registered non-profit child welfare initiative located in Umuazoro Ubowalla, Emekuku, Owerri North Local Government Area of Imo State, Nigeria.
Founded in 2024, the organisation was established with a clear purpose — to create a safe and nurturing environment where vulnerable and underprivileged children can grow with dignity, stability, and opportunity.
Although the home is currently under construction, the vision is firmly in motion. Every step taken today is building a future where children will be cared for, educated, and guided toward meaningful lives
Prevailing Glory Orphanage Home was born out of a deep sense of responsibility and compassion.
Its founder, Mrs. Eucharia Emeruwa, was moved by the realities faced by vulnerable children in her home community of Emekuku — children without stable homes, consistent care, or the support needed to thrive.
Rather than look away, she chose to act.
With a belief that every child carries potential and deserves a chance to flourish, she took the first step by registering the organisation and commencing the construction of a dedicated orphanage facility.
Though the building is still rising and no child has yet been admitted, the mission is already clear:
To build not just a structure, but a home filled with care, guidance, and opportunity.
Across many communities, vulnerable children face challenges that limit their ability to grow, learn, and succeed. Without stable homes, access to education, or consistent guidance, many are left without the support they need to build a better future.
